Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Magnolia View Studio! Each item is handmade and created to order — just for you. Below are our shipping and pickup details.



Processing Time



Because all products are made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

During busy seasons or new launches, processing times may be extended.



Shipping Rates & Delivery



Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Magnolia View Studio is not responsible for:


  • Delays caused by postal carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout



If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for the new shipping cost.



Local Pickup (Louisiana)



If you select Local Pickup, you’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email once your order is complete.

Pickups are contactless and located at our front-door pickup area, which is under video surveillance for safety.

Please pick up your order within 7 days of notification.



Preorders & Launches



For preorder or launch items, please refer to the product description for expected turnaround times. Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are ready.



Damaged Packages



If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll review it and make it right if the issue occurred on our end.
