All items are made to order. Once an order is submitted, production begins right away — therefore, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipping times vary depending on product type and order volume. Magnolia View Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Because all products are custom-made, all sales are final.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days with your order number and photos of the issue.
